چکیده
Banua Anyar Kota Banjarmasin, menjadi salah satu kelurahan yang banyak terdapat UMKM bidang kuliner terutama usaha rumah makan berada di sekitar tepian Sungai Martapura Kelurahan Anyar. Hal ini membuat kawasan sering dikunjungi oleh wisatawan. Tujuan adanya penelitian yaitu mengidentifikasi bagaimana peran dalam meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, pengaplikasian bertujuan untuk mempermudah peneliti mengkaji berbagai aktivitas ingin dikaji. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan observasi ke lokasi tepatnya Kawasan Kuliner dan melakukan wawancara dengan narasumber pebisnis/pemilik makan, pegawai pejabat serta merasakan manfaat dari makan. Hasil pihak memiliki mengurangi angka pengangguran cara membuka lapangan pekerjaan, pengangguran, wisatawan wisata susur sungai pendapatan masyarakat.
